Bindi Irwin shared a photo from her private wedding to Chandler Powell.
They didn't have any guests because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
They got married in the Australia Zoo and lit a candle in honor of Steve Irwin.
Finally some good news! Bindi Irwin just got married to her longtime boyfriend, Chandler Powell, and IDK why I'm crying but this has to be the best news all month.
This morning, Bindi took to Instagram to reveal that she and Chandler got married in a super-small ceremony today. Because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Bindi and Chandler couldn't have all their guests attend like they had planned, but that didn't stop them from sharing this incredibly sweet moment. Bindi explained:
"We’ve planned this beautiful day for nearly a year and had to change everything, as we didn’t have guests at our wedding. This was a very difficult decision but important to keep everyone safe. We wish all of our friends and family could have been there with us, however it’s lovely that we will be able to share photos and videos."
She also shared how they honored her late father and the iconic Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin, during the ceremony. Fair warning: It'll make you all kinds of emotional. She wrote:
"Today we celebrated life and revelled in every beautiful moment we shared together in our Australia Zoo gardens. Mum helped me get ready, Robert walked me down the aisle, Chandler became my husband and together we lit a candle in Dad’s memory. We shared tears and smiles and love. Thankfully, since we all live at Australia Zoo as a family, we could be there for each other."

Bindi ended her announcement by encouraging everyone to stay inside and social distance. And as we continue to scroll through Instagram all day, we can likely expect Bindi to share more photos and videos from their special day soon!
