Billie Eilish may be just 22 years old, but she already is a two-time Oscar winner.

At the Academy Awards tonight, the singer-songwriter—along with her brother, Finneas O'Connell—took home the trophy for Best Original Song for "What Was I Made For" from Barbie. The duo beat out another Barbie song, "I'm Just Ken," along with original songs from American Symphony, Killers of the Flower Moon, and Flamin' Hot.

They were presented the award by Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, who are starring in the upcoming Wicked films.

"I had a nightmare about this last night," Eilish began, before pausing and laughing. "Thank you so much to the Academy, I just didn't think this would happen. I was not expecting this. I feel so incredibly lucky and honored. Thank you to Greta—I love you, thank you." She added, "This goes out to everyone who was affected by the movie and how incredible it is." Finneas then chimed with a long list of of thank yous, and said, "Thank you to our parents forever and ever and ever."

Earlier in the evening, Eilish and Finneas performed their song, and received a standing ovation from the audience.

"This is so unbelievable I could scream," Billie said during their acceptance speech. Finneas added, "We want to thank our parents, who have always been our biggest inspirations and our heroes, and we love you as parents, and we love you as real people too."

The siblings' win tonight marks the first time since 1999 that a song won both Best Original Song at the Oscars and Song of the Year at the Grammys, the top songwriting award. The last tune to achieve that double feat was Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" (from Titanic) and the double victory has only happened ten times (including Eilish's win tonight) in history, per Billboard.
