  • In an interview with Apple Music, Justin Bieber talked about wanting to protect Billie Eilish from the difficulties he faced being so young in the music industry.

  • Billie just responded by posting a segment of the interview along with a bunch of pics of her Belieber merch on Instagram.

Justin Bieber has been very open and honest about his feelings lately. In his YouTube docu-series, he talked about his relationship with his wife Hailey Bieber, substance abuse, and he even gave us a glimpse of his wedding. He carried that same energy in his latest interview with Apple Music.

Justin sat down with Zane Lowe and the almost hour-long interview was mainly for his latest album Changes, but Justin got super emotional and teared up talking about Billie Eilish. At the 24:39 mark of the interview, Zane asked him about what he felt in the moment he met Billie.

As they keep talking, Justin starts to get emotional and says that he felt protective of her. "I definitely feel protective of her," he told Zane Lowe. "It was hard for me being that young and being in the industry and not knowing where to turn and everyone, you know, telling me they love me just turn their back on you in a second."

Justin goes on to say that he wants Billie to know she can count on him if she ever needs anything. "If she ever needs me I'm just a call away."

Billie took to Instagram to show her appreciation. Along with a clip from Justin's interview where he's tearing up about her, she posted a bunch of pics of her Justin Bieber merchandise, including her wearing a Justin Bieber t-shirt, a wall calendar, posters and a sign for her door that said "FOREVER BELIEBER! BILLIE'S ROOM."

It's easy to see why Justin would be so concerned about the "Bad Guy" singer since he's been open about how being famous at a young age affected him. He posted a long note on his Insta about it.

"Everyone did everything for me so I never even learned the fundamentals of responsibility," the post says. "So by this point I was 18 with no skills in the real world, with millions of dollars and access to whatever I wanted. This is a very scary concept for anyone. By 20 I made every bad decision you could have thought of..."
