Some Survivor contestants are bummed out when Jeff Probst tells them the tribe has spoken-but not "Big" Wendy Diaz, voted out on March 20's two-hour episode.

When Wendy learned that she'd been eliminated in the usual Tribal Council-which saw two tribes coming together to vote one player out between them-she kept up her cheery demeanor. When she walked over to Probst, she asked if he would call her by her nickname, Big Wendy, when he snuffed out her torch. (The host obliged.) Once her fire was out, Wendy went in for a hug-a hug!-with Probst. It was freakin' delightful.

Just look at the joy on Wendy's face as she exits Tribal Council. It's honestly a masterclass in how to handle losing at something.

Of course, this is Survivor: Edge of Extinction, so Wendy soon discovered her time in the game wasn't actually over. When she came face-to-face with the options of either carrying on with the adventure or leaving Survivor permanently, she picked up the torch to continue on without so much as looking at the other sign. That's the attitude!

Teresa "T-Bird" Cooper, who competed on Survivor's third season in Kenya, tweeted that it was the "best Survivor exit."

Wendy has an awesome personality. I'd definitely want to hang out with her...but probably wouldn't want to play Survivor with her. From the beginning, Wendy stood out for rejecting typical Survivor strategy, including-but not limited to-when she secretly freed the chickens her tribe had won in a Reward Challenge, and which they'd intended to cook up for a little extra sustenance. Overall, her gameplay was chaotic and unpredictable-although she does happen to be a kickass swimmer.

Wendy marched to the beat of her own drum, and honestly, she was a ton of fun to watch, even if she wasn't the most strategic player in history. Not that she's gone! Wendy is currently on the Edge of Extinction, where she'll eventually have a shot at getting back into the competition.
