Big, goofy bully mix has a heart of gold

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Anansi is a big bully mix who is roughly 4 years old. He came to the shelter as a scared stray but began to calm down after realizing he was safe.

The Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter says a typical bully is more ‘brawn than brain’, so tolerant friends are probably going to be best for Anansi.

His rear legs are a bit wobbly but they don’t seem to bother him (long hikes are probably not in his future).

He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee has also been sponsored. You may also inquire about him by visiting ac.ingham.org or calling 517-676-8370.

Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter is participating in the Bissell Pet Foundation’s Empty The Shelters event from now through May 15.

All dogs are only $25 to adopt and all cats are only $10 to adopt. Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter is located at 600 Buhl St, Mason.
