Beyoncé Wore an Olive Green Balmain Minidress to the 'Queen & Slim' Premiere

• Beyoncé may have avoided the Queen & Slim red carpet back in mid-November, but she turned up for the afterparty.

• The superstar celebrated the release of Melina Matsoukas' feature film debut, having regularly collaborated with the director.

• Beyoncé shared photos of her stunning outfit, an olive green minidress by Balmain, on Instagram.

Beyoncé pulled off a secret appearance last month, when she attended the premiere of new movie Queen & Slim, which is directed by Melina Matsoukas.

The "Halo" singer has regularly collaborated with Matsoukas, including on her "Formation" video, and looked elated to be supporting the director's feature film debut.

Sharing photos of the jaw-dropping look she wore to the event on Instagram, Beyoncé could be seen wearing an olive green minidress by Balmain. She looked nothing short of stunning, as per usual.

The singer accessorized her look (per Instagram account @beyonce.fashion) with a pair of Misty platform sandals by Jimmy Choo in gold, a quilted "B" bag by Balmain, and Lunaria 18K Gold Chandelier Earrings by Marco Bicego. She also later changed into a pair of python Palms Boots from BROTHER VELLIES.

Of working on music videos with Matsoukas, Beyoncé told The New Yorker in 2017, “I feel safe working with her and expressing or revealing things about myself that I wouldn’t with any other director, because we have a genuine friendship and I trust her artistry.”

The singer also revealed of Matsoukas, "She’s a negotiator—she negotiates her way to the best product... She is a force, deliberate, and methodical."
