  • Beyoncé shared exclusive family footage on New Year's Eve in a 2019 video recap on Instagram.

  • The montage showcases intimate family moments, including a peek at her twins Rumi and Sir's second birthday party last year.

As soon as the clock struck midnight on New Year’s Eve, Instagram was blessed with a video replay of Beyoncé’s 2019—complete with quick, blink-and-you’d-miss-it clips of her two youngest children, Rumi and Sir Carter.

The twins made a handful of appearances within the superstar's “Bey-Cap” including a look at the Carter family holiday card and footage from the their second birthday party last summer.

Footage from Rumi and Sir’s celebration appears in the montage for no more than four seconds tops, but from the shot it seems the twins had a "Baby Shark"-themed bash. Their outdoor venue was decorated with an oversized cutout of the word “TWO,” life-size "Baby Shark" characters, and balloons and cake galore.

Sir dons summer white shorts with a button-up shirt and suspenders, while Rumi rocks a coordinating chambray dress with illustrated shark teeth at the center of the piece.

The Carter family Christmas card was, of course, a regal and glamorous affair, featuring Jay-Z and Sir in matching tuxedos and bow ties and Beyoncé, Blue, and Rumi dressed in flowing, ivory dresses. Both Beyoncé and Blue wear their hair in waist-length box braids while Rumi sports a ruffled white headband to go with her ballerina-inspired frock.

The family photo—which is absolutely worthy of being displayed in a museum—capped off Beyonce’s visual ode to 2019 with the words “Happy Holidays” overlaying the image.

“Cheers to 2020!” wrote Beyoncé at the end of the video. Knowing Bey, we’re sure a bountiful start to the new decade is well underway.
