Beyoncé Stopped by Target & the Internet (Understandably) Went Cray
Beyoncé just pulled a total plebeian move and casually stopped by Target to pick up a few things. Her fans, on the other hand, had zero chill.
Yesterday, Beyoncé proved she’s just like us when she visited a Target store in San Clemente, California, with Blue Ivy and her mom, Tina Knowles-Lawson. Aside from wearing a pair of sunglasses indoors, the “Perfect” singer made no effort to disguise her famous face from her fellow shoppers, who wasted no time pulling out their phones to capture the momentous occasion.
To no surprise, Twitter immediately exploded when fans caught wind of the singer’s recent outing. While some users were excited about the news, exclaiming, “My two favorite things: @Target and @Beyonce,” others were quick to point out the obvious: “I can’t even find my damn family when I’m in Target and you found Beyoncé.” Dubious, indeed.
Sure, Beyoncé could have easily sent her assistant, but it appears even Queen Bey can’t deny the appeal of Tarjay.
