It seems as though Beyoncé is taking a side in Lizzo's recent legal drama.

The "Cuffed" singer may have made a pointed, yet subtle statement yesterday, Aug. 1, during her Gillette Stadium performance of the Renaissance World Tour, when she switched around the lyrics of the remix of "Break My Soul."

Normally, the superstar honors 29 Black female artists that have played key roles in shaping the music industry into what it is today, singing their names during the third verse as the names scroll by on the stage's projection. But last night, the very same night news broke that three of Lizzo's former dancers were suing her, her production company, and her dance captain for "sexual, religious and racial harassment, disability discrimination, assault and false imprisonment," Lizzo's name was suddenly absent from the lineup.

Instead of singing, "Betty Davis, Solange Knowles. Badu, Lizzo, Kelly Rowland," Bey simply repeated Badu's name for the entire line following her sister, as seen in a screen recording of a live stream of the show that was uploaded to Twitter.

Some fans weren't convinced that Lizzo was the recipient of the shade, since the singer also skipped fellow Destiny's Child alum Kelly Rowland, while others believed that that was just a natural collateral of the alteration, seeing as their names still flashed in time on the stage.

Some suggested there was beef there as well, with one observing, "She also skipped Kelly Rowland twice and she unfollow her on Instagram there’s definitely a beef in DC."

Another thought Lizzo and Rowland might both have been cut in an attempt to be petty toward Erykah Badu, who recently accused the "Halo" singer of copying her fashion style on tour.

She's got a few days off before she performs in Washington DC this weekend, but perhaps she'll clear up her intentions then.

As for Lizzo, she has yet to comment on the allegations made against her.
