Beyoncé Said Sheer Lace Lingerie, but Make It Saloon

In honor of Valentine's Day, Beyoncé decided to add a little spice to her new cowgirl aesthetic. On Instagram, Queen Bey shared a video slideshow of herself wearing some of the sexiest looks of her country music era yet—with “Texas Hold ’Em” playing in the background, obviously.

The first look is a sheer black lacy number, worn over high-waist briefs and cinched at the waist with a black belt. She accessorized the look with sheer black opera gloves and a black cowboy hat with a matching veil.

But wait, as they say, there's more! Bey's slideshow also included photos of her in a black minidress with thigh-high boots. To keep the look country, she added a turquoise bolo tie in lieu of a necklace and, of course, the hat. In the caption, the icon wished all of us a happy holiday, which I guess means we're all Beyoncé's valentines this year. “Happy Valentines Day to you,” she wrote. “Sending lots of love.”

When Beyoncé said she was doing country, she really meant it. For all of her recent appearances, starting with the Grammys in February, the queen has stuck to her theme. Her looks have included obvious country references, such as the now omnipresent cowboy hat, as well as more subtle details. The look she wore to support her nephew at the Luar show, for instance, included beaded details reminiscent of a classic fringe jacket, or even some of Dolly Parton's most sparkly looks.

This ain't Texas, but it might as well be.
