Beyoncé and Rihanna Reunite at Diamond Ball

The Beyhive and the Navy are shook.

Name a more iconic duo than Beyoncé and Rihanna — we'll wait. Though both stars are extraordinary in their own right — is any explanation necessary? — everyone loves the rare occasions when the pop divas and old friends come together. (Remember when they iconically posed together at the 2014 Met Gala?)

Last night, Rihanna held her Diamond Ball gala in support of her Clara Lionel Foundation, which helps fund education, health, and emergency response programs around the world. And Queen B showed up to support a good cause, looking fierce in a deep green silky dress with a high slit and low front. Rihanna herself slayed in a high-low gown by Ralph & Russo Couture and diamond choker necklaces.

Several other major celebrities were also in attendance to show Riri their support, from Leonardo DiCaprio to Cardi B, and even President Barack Obama via video, according to Refinery29. Not to mention, Kendrick Lamar and Calvin Harris performed, and the night was hosted by Dave Chappelle. Even Jay-Z was there, marking the first time Bey and Jay have attended a public event together since twins Sir and Rumi were born in June.

Nevertheless, the real story is Beyoncé and Rihanna, the two true queens of the Internet. Twitter collectively lost its mind at the new photo of the singers. One Twitter user wrote, "Rare picture of Beyoncé and Rihanna, this only happens once a year or less, RT for good luck," while another wrote, "I'm waiting for the collab." Honestly, who isn't? See below for more of Twitter's best reactions to Bey and Bad Gal's reunion.
