Beyoncé dropped her highly anticipated seventh studio album, Renaissance, last year, and this summer, she'll be performing in stadiums around the world on her Renaissance World Tour.
"Creating this album allowed me a place to dream and to find escape during a scary time for the world," she wrote on Instagram in June 2022. "It allowed me to feel free and adventurous in a time when little else was moving. My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment. A place to be free of perfectionism and overthinking. A place to scream, release, feel freedom. It was a beautiful journey of exploration. I hope you find joy in this music. I hope it inspires you to release the wiggle. Ha! And to feel as unique, strong, and sexy as you are."
Beyoncé has only released two teasers that feature visuals off the album, leading many fans to eagerly anticipate the visuals that are coming with the tour:
Forbes estimates that ticket revenues for the Renaissance world tour could range from $275 million to $2.5 billion. Renaissance World Tour is Beyoncé's first tour since 2018 (when she performed in the On the Run Tour with her husband, Jay Z) and her first solo tour since 2016's Formation World Tour.
