The “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer, who’s been channeling cowboy core since announcing her new country album, wore Paris Texas‘ Paloma Mid-Calf boot in a bright shade of white.

In an exclusive interview to FN, Annamaria Brivio, the founder and creative director of Paris Texas, elaborated on the brand’s relationship with Western style and the cowboy boots trend currently taking over the fashion industry.

“Paris Texas is the perfect fusion between two worlds and this duality is expressed in the brand’s name itself, where Parisian chic sensuality meets the fearless audacity of Texan cowboys. Our approach to the Western styles is based on merging contradictory concepts, just as the name suggests,” Brivio said, adding, “We reinterpret the Western trend through the use of materials and smaller detailing such as buckles on more feminine styles as décolleté, florals on Western boots, and printed calf hair on stiletto boots. For Paris Texas ‘the Western style’ is an attitude and not a trend, it is part of our DNA.”

About the shoes

Paris Texas’ Paloma mid-calf boots, punctuated by Western-style paneling, are set on a 3-inch stiletto heel and finished with a pointed-toe silhouette. Additionally, the soft matte shoes are constructed with 100 percent calf leather, available in multiple colorways.

Country Boots: An Emerging Trend

Western-inspired footwear — typically featuring intricate leather detailing, a pointed-toe silhouette and small block heels — has risen to popularity in the past few years. Worn by celebrities such as Katie Holmes and Gigi Hadid as they walk around New York City or upgraded by designer brands like Louis Vuitton and Dolce Vita, the style has become a mainstream staple for consumers looking to add a little Western-inspired flare to their wardrobe.

More recently, Louis Vuitton reinterpreted the style with its menswear fall 2024 collection, which featured multiple cowboy boots designed by creative director Pharrell Williams.
