Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland Had a Night Out in Las Vegas
Even Beyoncé needs a girl’s night out every once in a while. The singer joined a group of friends, including Kelly Rowland, at Janet Jackson’s concert in Las Vegas on Saturday night. According to an eyewitness at the show, Bey and her pals sat in a lounge behind the crowd and, no surprise, looked “beautiful.”
“She was all smiles and was dancing in her seat and even standing up dancing to Janet,” the source told Entertainment Tonight. “She left just before the show ended, presumably to avoid the crowds.”
According to Rowland’s Instagram stories, the group was celebrating the birthday of friend Tracy Robbins. Beyoncé wore a green sequined skirt and white top, and did not go unnoticed by fans. Multiple videos surfaced on Instagram and Twitter showing the singer jamming to Miss Jackson’s hits, including “Rhythm Nation.”
Bey slipped out shortly before the end of the show with a security guard, but took a few moments to acknowledge her own fans.
While Beyoncé and Rowland have remained close since their girl group Destiny’s Child broke up back in 2006, even performing together during Beyoncé’s Super Bowl show in 2013, Rowland has said that fans shouldn’t expect a reunion any time soon.
“We haven’t talked about it, and I’m finishing up a record and excited about it,” she told Us Weekly in 2018. “And Michelle is planning a wedding, and she’s got a TV show coming up, so it’s, you know, everybody’s doing their own thing and still very supportive of each other and excited for each other. So that’s it!”
Meanwhile, fans will have to settle for grainy videos of the two dancing at a Janet Jackson concert.
