Beyoncé Gave Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston Some of Her Champagne at the Golden Globes

UPDATE: January 10, 2020 at 8:01 A.M. ET ⁠— Turns out Beyoncé and Jay-Z are even more generous with their champagne than we first thought.

In case you missed it, when Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston ran out of water at their table during the Golden Globes, Witherspoon asked Bey and Jay for some of their personal champagne, and they graciously obliged. Then, yesterday, the actress arrived home from a trip to New York and found a case of the stuff from the power couple. They also sent along a clever card that read "More water..."

Witherspoon and her mom, Betty, popped open a bottle and declared the bubbly delicious, even joking that her mom should star in ads. "Grandma gets drunk," Witherspoon's mother joked.

It's been less than three months since Jennifer Aniston joined Instagram (and nearly broke it), and she's already given us so many gifts—from Friends reunion dinners and throwback photos to a look inside her Friendsgiving party.

Now she's taking us inside her super-fun night at the 2020 Golden Globes with partner in crime and Morning Show costar Reese Witherspoon. While the rest of us were watching at home, Aniston was living her best life inside the Beverly Hills Hilton, where the awards show was held—and that included getting some Champagne from, wait for it, Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

As noted by many fans, Bey and Jay's bodyguard appeared to be carrying bottles of bubbly for the megastars upon their arrival to the Globes. Most people would probably be too intimidated to actually ask the couple for some of their booze, but not Witherspoon, according to Aniston. "We ran out of water at our table. So naturally, she asked Jay-Z and Beyoncé for a glass of their Champagne," Jen wrote on her Instagram Stories, tagging Witherspoon and Beyoncé. The photo showed the actors holding said glasses.

Color us impressed. Do you think Beyoncé Champagne tastes better than all other Champagnes? We bet it does. We'd also pay good money to hear the conversation when Witherspoon scooted over to their table to ask for some. And, of course, a benevolent Bey provided.

Aniston and Witherspoon, who were both nominated for their Morning Show roles, also presented onstage together, and Aniston shared a sweet photo of them holding hands, perhaps making their way to the stage.

The Friends star's night seemed pretty fantastic all around. She posted a photo of her beautiful Dior gown writing, "Last night.
