Beyoncé’s Adidas x Ivy Park Rodeo Collection Releases Online

Saddle up because Ivy Park is back. Today, August 20, Beyoncé is releasing her fourth collection (and fifth drop) from her Adidas x Ivy Park line globally and fans are preparing to get their hands on the limited-edition pieces before they sell out – because they undoubtedly will.

Whether it's African spiritualism for Black Is King or HBCUs for Homecoming, Beyoncé has proven time and time again that she is the Queen of themes and her Ivy Park drops are no different. Ivy Park Rodeo pays homage to the Black people that have continuedly influenced cowboy and cowgirl culture, despite being oft excluded from American Western history. “After understanding where the word ‘cowboy’ came from, I realized how much of the Black, brown, and Native cowboy stories are missing in American history,” Beyoncé told the Houston Chronicle about the collection.

Featuring athleisure and Americana galore in the form of pink cow prints and navy-blue denim pieces, the Rodeo collection is not one to miss. The models for the campaign include singer Snoh Aalegra, model Paloma Elsesser, Houston rapper Tobe Nwigwe and his wife Fat Nwigwe, and actor/real-life cowboy Glynn Turman (who also allowed Beyoncé to use his ranch for the launch.)

The collection, which was hand-picked by the Houston-native, features a wide variety of articles designed for going out as well as comfort. The athleisure line contains 58 apparel pieces that include denim jackets, button-down skirts, low-rise jeans, and chaps that range from sizes XS to 4XL. There are also five shoe styles. The Ivy Park kids’ clothing is also being introduced with this collection.

There is no doubt that the Beyhive (and even just fans of Adidas) have had their alarm clocks set for Ivy Park's Rodeo collection since it was unveiled earlier this month and the time has finally come. Following a limited online drop on August 19, the new Adidas x Ivy Park is now available to all and, while some pieces have already sold out, there's still plenty to cop.
