The podcaster is tired of the narcissism of it all.

Jack of all trades Bethenny Frankel is tired of seeing the Kardashian family all over the place, and she dedicated an episode of her weekly podcast Just B with Bethenny Frankel to explain why.

The full episode about Frankel’s “most controversial opinion yet,” per the Spotify description, runs almost 20 minutes long with ads, but the CEO & Founder of Skinnygirl products teased the episode on Instagram with a few selected video clips she shot while recording.

“We need a Kardashian intermission,” she said gravely at the start of the first slide of the carousel. The clip appears to be edited, jumping to another part of the episode where she continued, “and I’ve honestly been afraid to say it. And it’s not because Kris is the mafia, and controls a lot of the media because I don’t give a f**k, cancel me.” Because, while Frankel is tired of the onslaught herself, she’s more concerned about what it’s doing to the younger generation.

She then asked, “What are we saying to our kids? What is the message, ‘Take it all’? Be as rich as possible; filter as much as possible; be as fake as much as possible; brag as much as possible; be self-involved and take pictures of yourself that make you look in the best light possible, as much as possible?” But the list only grew from there, and in the episode she eventually called it all narcissistic, frustrated with the prominence of “the wrong motherf*****g message.”

The second slide started with Frankel comparing the assault of Kardashian media to feeling waterboarded by “Kardata,” or Kardashian data. “It’s all I hear!” she said, comparing that data to drugs and calling those who share it drug dealers, “pedaling the same product and getting people hooked on it.” She took that concept and ran with it, later asking for a Kardashian detox.

The full episode opened up with the most recent Kardashian updates—Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson’s breakup and Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson’s new baby—which Frankel described as part of a telenovela that goes on forever as she launched into the “endless content” of the KCU (Kardashian Cinematic Universe) before requesting that we “just let a little bit of air out of the Kardashian balloon.”

Still, Frankel made sure to disclaim that she has no problems with the members of the family on their own. "I've met them. Kim's nice, Kris is fine, Corey's been fine," she said. But with their fame comes the expense of others’ mental health, and Frankel is over it.
