Bethenny Frankel Defends Her Parenting Following Criticism of Her Teen Daughter

Bethenny Frankel has had it with people trying to come for her daughter, Bryn.

The famed entrepreneur and TV personality didn't mince words when defending her 13-year-old daughter–and the way she's raised her–in a video message posted to her Instagram page on Wednesday, March 20.

In it, the 53-year-old Real Housewives of New York City alum told social media trolls to lay off her teen and "take a seat."

"Some people think it’s their business how I parent and how my daughter dresses," Frankel said. "I have the most beautiful, thoughtful, caring, loving, spiritual, sensitive, darling, loving, smart human being for a child, and that takes work."

Frankel then warned critics that some of her followers wouldn't be so nice about it should they get caught talking about her or Bryn like this in public, citing a conversation she had during a recent appearance where a fan claimed she "slapped someone" for talking badly about Bryn.

"I have a group of women warrior cubs who will come to f--k you up if you talk about my child," she said. "She is nearly perfect, which is mostly, I’m sure, genetic, but I work very hard at it."

"You can criticize my looks, my career, my choices, my words, but the one thing you cannot criticize is my parenting," Frankel asserted. "It is the most important thing to me. I cherish it, and I am on the case."

The former Shark Tank judge went on to suggest critics "keep f--king walking" and "take a seat" before warning that "I will come to your house, and I will f--k you up myself."

"This may feel aggressive and I do not believe in physical altercation but when it comes to protecting my daughter do not cross me," she added in the caption.

Frankel shares Bryn with her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, and occasionally includes her in some of the social media content she creates.

But as the Bravolebrity suggested, Bryn's sporadic appearances are purely for fun and not meant to be so harshly judged by the general public. She is still a kid, after all.
