Hi Barbie! Have you been loving life at the movies and online now that Barbie is finally in theaters? Sure, the internet is still a garbage fire not unlike Ken's Mojo Dojo Casa House, but there are some gems! If you can ignore the annoying discourse coming from all angles about Greta Gerwig's thoughtful, delightful, stupendous film (some say it's too woke, others say it's not woke enough—yaaaay!) then you can find some really funny, relatable, and creative tweets. In fact, let me be your best Barbie (2023) tweets curator and tour guide.

We don't even need to get into the whole Barbenheimer thing if you don't want to! I loved the opportunity to do a chaotic double feature, but got a little sick of the tee-shirt ads.... ya know?! Anyway, here's what people are saying about Barbie on Twitter dot com.

Tweets about the best parts of Barbie

This movie was so emotional! I really went from sustained giggles to silent sobs, like, so fast. On the Jane Austen comfort watch front, I'm more of an Emma. (2020) girlie myself these days but I get it. Ohhhhhhh do I get it.

The jokes were so good! The deliveries were perfect! But one of the things I love, love, loved about the movie was how various Barbies spoke intelligently on various topics and that was never the joke. They weren't trying to juxtapose beauty and brains for the LOLs.

DRAG HIM! That's all I'll say about Oppenheimer. Apart from the Barbenheimer jokes about who's seeing what, the memes for that movie are a whole different species.

I don't know about you but I'm feeling 22 so glad the Barbie soundtrack exceeded expectations.

IYKYK...

Tweets that capture the Ken-ergy

You didn't think Succession memes would end with Succession, did you?

Ryan Gosling in this movie is... kind of unreal? But also kind of expected? He found his true form, and I'm proud of him.

*whistles innocently* I'm onto you, men of the movie theaters. Did you get it? Like, did you really get it? I might need you to prove it.

So real.

Tweets about the Barbie *experience*

This one goes out to the haters.

Open the schools. I'm begging. (Not the Glossier tweet. That's just silly.)

ALLAN!!!! We love that this movie is breaking records and exceeding expectations. But also... ALLAN!!!! Ken's buddy is, at least as far as the boys are concerned, kinda the MVP.

Let's close out with this delightful edit and the above shoutout to how wonderful the Barbie theatrical experience has been. Everyone is dressing up! Everyone is going in groups! It actually is fun to see movies with an audience, and not wait for streaming! Thanks Barbie!
