The Best Thermal Leggings for Staying Cozy All Winter

Layers are crucial to fighting the unforgiving winter cold. But certain limbs aren't as easy to bundle up — and that's why fleece leggings are pretty much the perennially cold's best friend this time of year.

A strong pair of leggings — one that's comfortable, versatile and not see-through — can work for a number of occasions, from a coffee run to a fitness class, even for a going-out look. That makes them a cold-weather essential in every wardrobe. (Sorry, Gen Z.)
