Eilish came in a close second with six nominations, while Grande received four. Beyoncé earned one other nod for Best Pop Vocal Album for The Lion King: The Gift.

Last year, it was Lady Gaga who took home the award in this category for “Joanne (Where Do You Think You’re Goin’?).” The artist edged out “Colors” by Beck, “Havana (Live)” by Camila Cabello, “God Is a Woman” by Ariana Grande and “Better Now” by Post Malone.

The Grammys first debuted the category back in 2012. Lizzo is joining a slew of talented Best Pop Solo Performance winners, including Ed Sheeran for “Shape of You” and “Thinking Out Loud,” Pharrell Williams for “Happy” and Adele for “Hello,” “Set Fire to the Rain” and “Someone Like You.”
