The Best Occasion to Get Dressed to the Nines: Your Vaccination
Over the last year of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, lifestyle adjustments were more than necessary. Our social calendars, once packed to the brim with weddings, galas, dinners, bridal showers, and brunches galore, became filled with Zoom happy hours and let's face it, matching sweatpants and sweatshirts to be worn while binging Netflix's latest.
It's been a year of not really having a reason to get dressed... but hope is on the horizon in more than one way. Vaccinations are rolling out quickly, and once you've nabbed your appointment to get your inoculation, why not make an occasion of it and put on a fabulous outfit. Consider it a date with herd immunity.
Depending on where you receive your vaccine, there may be lines, so comfortable (but no less stylish) footwear is probably in order, and since you'll be receiving a stick in your arm, your shoulder should probably be easily accessed.
