The Best Gun Control Protest Posters to Inspire Your March for Our Lives Signs
On Saturday, March 24, students, parents, and gun control supporters will take to the streets in support of laws and legislation to prevent school shootings. The survivors of the tragic shooting that killed 17 students and faculty members at Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. on Feb. 14 organized the event called March for Our Lives. While the main event is happening in Washington D.C., satellite marches have popped up across the country.
This isn’t the first protest that has popped up in support of gun control since the school shooting: On March 14, students staged a national school walkout, where they left their classrooms for a nationwide demonstration against gun violence.

Students brought more than their anger and hurt to the event: They also protested with signs. Their posters and creative slogans made for extremely powerful images from the walkout, and they’ll also serve as perfect inspiration for future March for Our Lives signs. Albany High senior Ashma Thapa said she was not allowed to march with this sign, which the school deemed too political. “Can you get a photo of me with it anyway?” she asked. #nationalschoolwalkout #enough #NationalWalkoutDay pic.twitter.com/VxRifSy8AF
