This week, many of the best Instagrams came courtesy of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards. Of course, there were the winners who shined—Christopher John Rogers posing with Ashley Graham after taking the top prize being a notable highlight—but there were also the attendees who showed off numerous stellar looks along the way. Bella Hadid, who arrived as the date of Alexander Wang, wore a body-clinging black catsuit—and it isn’t the first time Hadid has opted for the traffic-stopping feline style, having worn a similar style from the designer to the 2017 Met Gala. Another head-turning CVFF Awards look came from Ruby Aldridge, who attended as the guest of designer Hillary Taymour of the label Collina Strada; she documented the night with fellow model Grace Hartzel, while wearing a hypnotic—and eco-friendly!—print dress.
Of course, the week wasn’t just about fashion insiders. Riding high from the release of her new single “Don’t Start Now,” Dua Lipa posed with a killer pout in a purple tweed skirt suit, topping it off with her signature Birkin, here emblazoned with the word “dealer.” Bold! All the way over in France, meanwhile, Chanel fit model Amanda Sanchez graced Instagram with one of her effortlessly chic selfies from the house’s HQ at 31 Rue Cambon in Paris. She kept it deliciously casual in a scoop neck hot pink shirt and wide-leg denim flares. Speaking of casual, we were also a fan of rapper A$AP Ferg’s comfortable army jumpsuit that came covered in patches. He posted a saucy image of himself in the garb right before he kicked off his Floor Seats tour in Pittsburgh, PA, while also revealing that he designed it himself, in collaboration with the artist Hidji. Ferg referred to it as his “jet lag suit,” but our question is: Where can we get one?
