Janelle Monae can pull off any hairdo, and this look is proof. Her cropped pixie cut is so sleek and sophisticated; the wispy front pieces add a cool touch. Her glowing complexion is thanks to Danucera products, including the Cerabalm ($95), D22 Tonic ($88), Cream Supreme ($195), and the Iconic Eye ($145).

The focal point of Olivia Rodrigo's look is undoubtedly her ombré red lip. It's a look that's easy to achieve—just use a deep red lip liner to outline your lips and a lighter red gloss on top. For her hair, Rodrigo went for classic cascading waves. Her hairstylist, Clayton Hawkins, achieved the look using the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer Professional Edition ($500),  Airwrap Multi-Styler ($600) with the 1.2-inch Airwrap Long Barrel ($40), and Corrale Hair Styler Straightener ($500).

Miley Cyrus rocked the red carpet with an over-the-top voluminous hairdo fitting for a country star. The flippy mullet is full of body and flair. It's definitely one of Cyrus' most iconic hair looks to date. On the makeup front, the singer worked with MUA James Kaliardos to create a golden, fresh-faced look. Kaliardos used a plethora of Pat McGrath Labs products.

For her eyes, he used Mothership X: Moonlit Seduction ($128), ChromaLuxe Artistry Pigment ($35) in Twilight Temptation and Golden Seductress, PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil ($29) in Xtreme Black, and Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner ($35) in Xtreme Black. To create her nude lip, Kaliardos used PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil ($29) in Nude Venus and MatteTrance Lipstick Heart's Desire Edition ($39) in Honey Haze.

Our favorite part of Alix Earle's beauty look? Her soft, sculpted curls. Earle's hair has bends and body in all the right places, giving the look an elegant and timeless feel.

Victoria Monet has a known affinity for brown tones, so it's no surprise her Grammy glam featured tons of neutral hues. From her matte brown eyeshadow to her glossy brown-lined lips, everything about Monet's makeup—done by Alexander Echeverri using all MAC—is gorgeous. Her signature deep bronze hair was styled by Davontae Washington using Wella Professionals products like the Ultimate Repair Miracle Hair Rescue ($95).

Jameela Jamil's Grammys glam centered around a statement lip. The actress drew inspiration from her dress and opted for bold, matte red lipstick. Her rosy cheeks and sharp, winged liner completed the look.

Laverne Cox also graced the red carpet in a crimson look. Her complementary makeup featured a vibrant red lip, ultra-sculpted cheeks, and fluttery lashes. And since her glam was the star of the show, it makes sense that she opted for a subtle braided updo. Her red foil manicure was created by nail artist Eri Ishizu using Aprés tips and polish.

Boygenius—made up of Phoebe Bridgers, Lucy Dacus, and Julien Baker—attended the award show in matching suits, but each member took a unique approach to their hair and makeup. Dacus sported a bold red lip, while her bandmates wore more neutral tones.
