Amazon knows its people love the yearly Amazon Prime Day sales, and this year, it’s sweetening the deal with an extra sale. Amazon is having its first-ever Prime Early Access sale with amazing deals. It’s largely similar to your standard Prime Day — discounts and sales on stuff across the store — but it’s happening this week for two days on October 11 and 12. It’s sandwiched between that summer Prime Day and all those Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals to come next month.

Amazon Prime Early Access is coming through with solid shoe deals, including some bestseller adidas styles. The discounts are good, with prices anywhere from 10 to 60 percent off. It’s a bit of a game when you’re shopping: some prices differ depending on the colorway and the sizing, and Amazon often toggles with the sale prices throughout the day.

More from Footwear News

adidas has been making some of the best sneakers around for more than 70 years. The brand invests in innovation, which gives us new materials and useful new constructions. adidas, for example, has taken its stance on more sustainable production seriously and in turn launched programs to help both find and make use of recyclable materials.

Many newer adidas shoes make use of recycled content from the End Plastic Waste campaign. End Plastic Waste gets rid of and prevents plastics from getting into the oceans and hurting sea life. Some of the fabrics on these sneakers are made with recycled Parley for the Oceans recycled plastics.

For this sale, adidas put some of its best stuff on sale, like the performance Ultraboost 22s and 21s. There are also some purely classic picks discounted, like Adidas Stan Smiths. It’s the perfect time to treat yourself with a brand-new workout sneaker, or to get a head start on shopping for the holiday season for your favorite sneakerhead.

You can score deals on some of the more recent and popular innovations, like the Boost midsole. Boost is made for responsive, reactive steps in running and walking. There are a few styles that sit on top of a Boost midsole, like those Ultraboost 22s we mentioned, as well as the Boost 5.0 DNA. Boost-soled shoes are one of the most comfortable sneakers around for men and women, so this is a perfect time to get the comfy pairs at a fraction of their normal prices.

Timeless adidas are on sale too, like adidas Superstars and adidas Stan Smiths. We’re on the lookout for other classics, too, like adidas Sambas. Whatever your preference, it’s the ideal time to get a fresh pair of adidas on major discount.

Adidas Men’s Stan Smith Sneakers

Adidas Men’s Stan Smith Sneaker is another one of the most classic white sneakers a person can have. The minimalist shoe, marked with tennis legend Stan Smith’s mark of approval and literal face on the tongue, is great for dressing down with jeans and shorts in the summer and up with a suit for a quippy take on formalwear.

What reviewers say: Great look and fit. The perfect basic white sneaker. They require a little wearing in but they are well made and stylish with jeans and chinos. Price point is excellent, and I swear I paid more than this for the pair I bought back in the ’80s!”

Adidas Men’s Ultraboost 22 Running Shoes

Adidas Men’s Ultraboost 22 Running Shoe is lightweight, bouncy and about as fun of a running shoe to wear as you could imagine. The tiny Boost pebbles are fused together and make for a supported step in a walk and in a run.

What reviewers say: “If you put on 15 miles or more per week you should get shoes that actually have some real cushion in them. I switched from Nike zooms and my knees stopped hurting like a miracle. Also, bounce back is so intense, you will run a bit faster, especially if you hit with your heel. As with most running shoes get 0.5 size bigger.”

Adidas Men’s Ultraboost 5.0 DNA Shoes

The Adidas Men’s Ultraboost 5.0 DNA Shoes also has a Boost sole, but has a bit of a different upper makeup. The Primeknit upper is a little softer than the 22s, as is the overall feel of the shoe. It’s a little gentler and less bouncy than other Boost models.

What reviewers say: “I have periodic pain in toe joints. The shoes soften the impact on hard surfaces and treadmill…Overall good fit and feel.”

Adidas Women’s Ultraboost 21 Running Shoes

Adidas Women’s Ultraboost 21 Running Shoe is not too too different than the 22s, aesthetically speaking, but there are a few detail changes you might feel while wearing. The soles are a little tougher and the lacing cage is a little thicker, making them ever so slightly less aerodynamic than the 22s.

What reviewers say: “I loved these shoes so much that I had to buy a second pair. I love the big sole on the shoe and it gives me more support than normal. Definitely would recommend.”

Adidas Women’s Cloudfoam Pure 2.0 Running Shoe is a great sneaker for light exercise, and we especially love it for all forms of walking. It’s lightweight and made with Cloudfoam cushioning, which feels like a little pillow every time you take a step.

What reviewers say: “Not only are they super cute, but they’re super comfy! This is my 3rd pair of CloudFoam’s (yep, I realize I might have a problem) and they might be my comfiest pair! Bonus: They were delivered several days sooner than expected! I’m very happy with my purchase and I get a lot of compliments on them.”
