Ben & Jerry’s Is Selling A Non-Dairy Version Of Phish Food, One Of Its Most Iconic Flavors

From Delish

There is nothing more satisfying than dipping your spoon into a pint of Ben & Jerry's at the end of a long day, am I right? But our friends who cannot have dairy have been limited to just a few of Ben & Jerry's ice creams, which, while delicious, can be a bummer! Now, the brand announced one of its most iconic flavors, Phish Food, is available in a non-dairy version.

The flavor, which is more than 20 years old now, is getting the non-dairy AND vegan treatment! It's made with a delicious Chocolate Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert, marshmallow swirls, caramel swirls, and fudge fish. YEAH, all that is non-dairy, thanks to an almond milk base! We love to see it! Oh, and it's also certified gluten-free, so even more friends can enjoy it! We got a chance to try it for ourselves, and we think fans of the classic flavor will love both versions no matter their dietary needs.

“A while back, we created Phish Food ice cream with our neighbors in Vermont. Now there’s Phish Food Non-Dairy, too; like the original, this vegan version supports the charitable efforts of the WaterWheel Foundation," PHISH said in a statement about the new dessert. Ben & Jerry's is also celebrating its newest offering with a fun contest. This "Strange Design Art Contest" will let your imagination go wild and the winner will receive a Phish Food Non-Dairy Prize Pack, including concert tickets, original art from Pollock Prints, and a year’s supply of Ben & Jerry’s! You have until February 28th to enter, so get on it! More info here.
