Ben Affleck Reveals Bombshell Truth About Jennifer Lopez's Ageless Appearance

Ben Affleck revealed a bombshell about Jennifer Lopez and how she upkeeps her physical appearance—and what he divulged may surprise you.

The Deep Water actor visited The Drew Barrymore Show in a virtual appearance, where he opened up about how his wife manages to look so youthful at age 53.

"Let me tell you something that's going to upset you," the 50-year-old teased, before unveiling, "Jennifer just eats whatever she wants."

"Whatever she wants," he continued, providing examples to clearly paint the picture for Drew Barrymore: "Pizza, cookies, ice cream... everything."

"Is it the working out?" the show host cut in, as Affleck comically replied, "She works out. I mean, I work out, too! But I don't magically appear to be 20 years old, ya know what I mean?" He even went on to mention the "Ain't Your Mama" singer's "perfect skin."

After The Way Back actor's initial declaration, he made sure to give props where they're due as it relates to the Maid in Manhattan star's fitness regimen. "There's no taking away the work ethic. The work ethic is real; the discipline is very real, but also, the superhuman thing is real. She's the most gorgeous woman in the world—she looks spectacular," the Gone Girl star continued, completely gushing over his new bride.

Barrymore was visibly taken back by the surprising admission, as she can be seen gasping before sliding down in her seat, spreading herself across both arms of her chair and throwing her head back.

But it wasn't just the details of J.Lo's diet that threw the Charlie's Angels star for a loop.

"I'm swooning," the hostess confessed, further specifying, "This is me living vicariously through romance and men appreciating women, and all of it."

Following the conversation on April 21, the official Instagram account of the 50 First Dates actress' talk show posted a video clip of the conversation, with viewers promptly taking to the comment section with their reactions to what had been revealed about Lopez.

"she doesn't drink....... 'tis one of the secrets to keeping well hydrated skin," one hypothesized, as another agreed, "She doesn’t drink or smoke."

Another made a good point, joking, "Y’all…. She might eat pizza and cookies but she’s not eating the whole pizza or all the cookies in the bag, like the rest of us 😂😂😂"

Someone else obviously felt the same as Drew, appreciating, "He loves her so much xo 😍 how cute is this just bragging about his wifey.. I love it."

The newlywed couple—who tied the knot in July 2022—took their love to the red carpet last month for Affleck's newest film Air, where they were photographed putting their passion on display in several PDA-filled shots.
