Major plot twist for anyone keeping up with Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's adventures in million dollar mansions.

Right on the heels of their second wedding at Affleck's 87-acre Georgia estate (which raised a few eyebrows), the couple announced that they are no longer buying a new home together and will instead move into J.Lo's current place—pending a major mansion reno.

Sources tell TMZ that the couple have decided to give up their search for a new house (they've been touring some prime real estate) and live at the home that Lopez has owned since 2016. However, it's going to take some patience. The couple is currently leasing James Packer's $60 million mansion while Lopez's 8-acre Bel-Air home gets a full remodel. The project is reportedly so extensive that the couple won't be able to move in for at least a year.

This update follows the news that Affleck just listed his Palisades home after purchasing a $50 million Bel-Air house with Lopez, which later fell through. The pair was also spotted touring the "Spelling Manor," aka Aaron Spelling's massive Los Angeles home, which has a listing price of $165 million.

Finally done with real estate shopping, here's to hoping for an on-track renovation for the newlyweds.
