Beloved Utah Resort Unveils an Exciting New Addition
Utah's Brighton Resort, located above Salt Lake City which one could strongly argue is the snowboarding epicenter, is excited to announce the installation of their new mid mountain restaurant right next to their Snake Creek lift. This is a big deal for Brighton Resort, as they have only ever offered lodge food and bar food from a bar called Molly Greens. Here is what Brighton Resort has to say about the update: "You may have happened upon this building this past winter and wondered what it is this? We are we’ll underway on constructing our first ever mid-mountain restaurant right next to Snake Creek! If you’re looking to stay on hill and access food without going to the base area during the winter season, this will be your new favorite spot. We’re currently working on the foundation and we’ll be working throughout the summer to get this ready for you all. Stay tuned as we update you with more news on all of our updates this summer!"
