Beloved Downhill Commentator Shows Off His Riding Skills
To fans of mountain biking, Rob Warner is best known as a commentator for World Cup downhill. Older fans will know that Rob had a career as a pro rider as well.
As it turns out, he still has the skills. Watch him ride over a log pile on his e-bike below.
In this video, Rob rode up and down a stack of piled logs. With the loose wood, this is not easy.
In fact, one of the early viral e-bike videos featured Bernard Kerr riding over a pile of logs much like this one back in 2018. Getting over such an obstacle that would normally sap riders’ speed is as good an e-bike ad as any.
Rob Warner is a British former pro downhiller and current commentator. He was the voice of the World Cup until 2023 when his employer lost the broadcasting rights.
