Bella Thorne's Abs And Legs Are Toned AF In A New Bikini Photo On IG

Bella Thorne is in full vacation mode, according to her latest post on Instagram. The Time Is Up actress, 24, posted a series of photos of herself in a white bikini with gold studs while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas. To add a bit of drama to the look, she added double-winged black eyeliner.

Bella captioned the photo, " Getting my vitamin sea hehe. 🌊☀️"

Her followers were loving the photo dump, with one user commenting, "B!!! You are stunning. 😍" Another chimed, " Omfg!!! R u kidding me? 🤯🤯" Even her sister Dani jumped in adding, "Bodyodyodyyyy."

If you're wondering what Bella does to get so toned, you're not alone. For starters, she's not the biggest fan of cardio. While she was filming Midnight Sun, she'd often hit the gym to clear her mind.

"I recently decided it's time to go back to the gym. I get stressed and antsy when I don't go," Bella told Shape. "I won't do cardio because it makes me lose too much weight, and my boobs are always the first thing to go, but I will do a lot of weight lifting, boxing, Pilates, and hot yoga."

She also goes into her workouts with a specific focus in mind. She explained to Women's Health that she focuses on strengthening her core, waist, and shoulders. She also does intense circuit training and dedicates a generous amount of time before and after her workouts to properly stretch.

When she's not in the weight room, Bella's prioritizing her recovery. And by recovery, she means getting a good night's sleep. "When I'm overtired, my psoriasis and acne are bad, I get migraines and sore eyes, I forget my lines, and my hands shake a lot. Those are tells that I need some sleep. I'm not a believer in sleeping pills, so I need to start mentally winding down earlier so I can calm and ease my mind," she told Shape.

Most importantly, Bella does what she can to keep a positive mindset. "...Sometimes I wake up and don't like what I see, so I take a moment and try to get back to happy Bella by remembering where I came from: I grew up in a bikini on the beach, and I'm comfortable in my skin."
