Bella Thorne Has a Lot of Thoughts About Her Ex Tana Mongeau’s Engagement to Jake Paul

"When ur ex gets engaged."

Bella Thorne has now responded to her former girlfriend Tana Mongeau's engagement announcement. On the same day that Tana shared news of her engagement to fellow YouTuber Jake Paul on Twitter, Bella took to her multiple social media accounts, sharing emotional photos.

As pointed out by People, Bella posted a crying selfie on Monday and captioned the photo with, "When ur ex gets engaged." She also directed followers of her main account to the post on her Instagram Story.

Bella then posted an additional image to her main Instagram, sharing a previous photo of a time she spent with Tana. "Through thick and thin," she wrote. "I love you tana happy bday you beautiful beautiful special girl." The photo caught the attention of Tana, who responded in the comments with, "i love u forever and ever."

Following her Instagram post, Bella then went on Twitter and shared her response to Tom Ward, a journalist with Forbes who questioned whether Jake would require Tana to sign a prenup. Sharing a number of angry face emojis, the actor wrote, "Jake needs to sign a prenup." Tana shared Bella's response, tweeting, "I’m living in a simulation."

Back in February, Bella and Tana had shared news of their breakup. All was quiet between the pair until earlier this month when Tana made a social media comment asking Bella to take her back.

Just weeks later on Monday, June 24, Tana then shared the news of her engagement to Jake, live-tweeting the proposal which occurred during her 21st birthday party. However, she was quick to defend Jake from fans that questioned whether the proposal was legitimate; Jake had previously dated Erika Costell as a publicity stunt in 2017.
