Bella Thorne has a new short film coming out, and to promote it, she posed in vintage lingerie looking super strong.
While she hasn't shared much about her workouts in recent years, Bella used to work out with her family during the pandemic.
Bella Thorne has been one busy star this year. For starters, she got engaged this spring, and now she has a new movie short that just came out called Paint Her Red, and she’s been posting all kinds of promo content for it. In the mix: A shot of the 25-year-old star in chic pin-up style lingerie.
Bella shared the pic while promoting Italy’s Taormina Film Festival, where her short is set to play. In the snap, she can be seen wearing a beige corset with a cone bra. Bella also has on a silky robe that seems to slide off her toned shoulders. Of course, she's looking super sculpted from head to toe in the ‘fit, too.
" Swipe for a sneak peek of exclusive trailers from my curation for tomorrow night's Influential Shorts Gala @taorminafilmfestival!! 🎥🎉Which trailer sparks your curiosity the most??" she captioned the post. Of course, without a pause, the people began to cheer her on in the comments section. “You’re the best,” one said, while another wrote, “lets goo bellaaaaa😍😍❤️❤️❤️!!!”
You might be wondering how she works on that all-over tone, and you wouldn't be alone. Unfortunately, Bella hasn’t shared many details about her workout routines recently, but she’s dropped little snippets here and there over the years. For one, the actress told Hollywood Life that working out was a “family affair” during the height of the pandemic (her brother is a trainer). Bella said she relies on things like “yoga, some weight training, and a bit of boxing” to stay fit.
She also does workouts with TRX bands, including an impressive-looking routine where she did crunches with her legs suspended in the air.
But Bella later shared on Twitter that, while she'll go hard at the gym, she’s not obsessed with the scale. “Almost every day I have been to the gym in the last six weeks,” she wrote. “Turns out I only lost one pound of fat and gained one pound of muscle. Throw away your scales ladies because they don’t mean shit. As long as YOU feel better and u like the way u look that’s all that matters.”
Bella wrote last year on Instagram that she’s making a point to be healthier. “I will take more care of my body. I will drink more water. I will pay more attention to my negative mental habits. I will work to change those,” she said.
The post continued: “I will stop judging myself so harshly. I will be happy. I will work to understand what pushes my artist creativity further into the abyss. I will take more time off I will take more time for myself, to enjoy myself, to enjoy the person I am today, I will not just think about tomorrow or the next day or the next five years. I will do things that push my limits. I will challenge myself.”
Good luck at the film festival, Bella!
