• Casual note: Bella’s ex The Weeknd performed at the VMAs and she definitely ran into him.

Bella Hadid presented an award at the 2020 MTV VMAs and decided to go with something entirely sheer because frankly we’re in the middle of a pandemic so f*ck it, you only live once, etc. Behold: Bella’s outfit, which, as you can see, consists of a completely see-through shirt that takes me right back to 1995, a time only slightly less alarming than 2020, tbh:

Oh, and here it is without the giant green screen, or as MTV would call it, “totally realistic NYC skyline!”

Just saying, Bella *happened* to wear this look whilst casually running into her boyfriend The Weeknd during VMAs rehearsals. “They played it cool and crossed paths with each other, same place, same time,” a source told the Daily Mail, adding that they’re “on good terms” with each other despite their on-and-off-again relationship (and eventual split).

I’d like it to be noted that the few times I’ve run into my ex, I have looked…not…like this. Truly, take this photo of Bella, imagine the literal opposite, and that is me.
