Bella Hadid Just Shared a Photo of Her ‘Bun in the Oven’ Alongside Sister Gigi’s
Bella Hadid has a “bun in the oven,” but it’s not what you think.
The supermodel shared a stunning photo on Tuesday, September 15, of herself and sister Gigi, each clutching their “bumps.” But Bella’s, she says, is from a burger. Just a food baby, ya know?
Gigi’s, however, is the real thing. She announced earlier this year that she’s expecting her first child with Zayn Malik.
“june 11, 2020 ...🖤two buns in the oven except mine is from my burger and gigi’s is from @zayn .✨👼🏼✨ i love you both so freaking much -can’tstopcrying,” Bella captioned the photo of hers and Gigi’s “bumps.” See it for yourself, below.
If you were fooled by this, you’re not alone. “OMG I was like Yessss I get to babysit two babies but then read caption and a burger baby doesn’t count,” Eva Chen wrote in the comments. Gigi herself just commented with, “😁😁😁”
Gigi hasn’t offered many details about her pregnancy this year, though a few weeks ago she did share some stunning maternity shots.
“I’m so grateful for the positive comments and the questions and want you to know that we’re all good and safe, and everything’s going great, and I love you guys,” Gigi said on Instagram Live about her pregnancy. “Obviously, I think a lot of people are confused why I’m not sharing more, but, like, I’m pregnant through a pandemic. Obviously, my pregnancy is not the most important thing going on in the world.”
She continued, “I have been taking a lot of pictures of my bump and sending it to friends and family, and it’s been really cute and exciting. I’m trying to document it well, because I’ve heard a lot of people say, ‘Make sure you don’t miss it.’ And I will be sharing stuff like that in the future. I just am not rushed to do it, and I feel like right now I just want to experience it…. I just don’t want to worry about waking up every day during my pregnancy and, like, worry about having to look cute or post something.”
Bella Hadid may not actually be pregnant, but she’ll make an amazing aunt.
