Bella Hadid Goes Shopping in Black Square-Toed Ankle Boots in New York

Bella Hadid was photographed out shopping on Friday in New York.
For her shopping spree, the model donned a pair of black leather booties. Hadid’s footwear appeared to be ankle-length and featured shiny black leather uppers, accompanied by unique square toes that aimed at further diversifying the otherwise quite common silhouette.

The style was also fitted with thick stacked block heels that stood at approximately 1 to 2 inches in height, offering the runway regular a subtle and walkable boost. Boots, black or otherwise, are a closet staple in many celebrities’ closets, Hadid included.
The silhouette is extremely versatile, pairing well with just about everything from dresses to denim. The style is usually most popular during the fall and winter because it provides the wearer extra coverage, shielding their feet from the elements. Many top brands carry boots, especially in the black variety, including Aldo, Dr. Martens, Clarks, Dolce Vita and Ugg, just to name a few.
Cozy and chic, Hadid was outfitted in a white tank top featuring a plunging neckline layered underneath a collared white button-down. The top was neatly tucked into dark-wash denim in a high-waisted style. Layered overtop it all, the Dior brand ambassador wore a plaid wool coat featuring red, yellow and blue striping on a tan background. Rounding out her look, Hadid wore aviator-inspired glasses, chunky and shiny gold hoops and a multicolored leather Prada bowling-inspired shoulder bag.
When it comes to fashion, Hadid’s edgy style often combines grunge and early 2000s aesthetics for looks that mix vintage, and luxury pieces. Hadid often wears sneakers by Adidas, New Balance, and Nike, plus trendy shoes such as Yeezy Foam Runners. The model can also be spotted in sharp pointed-toe pumps and sandals on the red carpet, from top brands including Christian Louboutin, Fendi and Miu Miu.
