Move over Barbiecore — you've got competition. Ballet-inspired fashion (dubbed Balletcore by TikTok) dominated the runways during Spring/Summer fashion weeks, with Miu Miu, Simone Rocha, Molly Goddard, and Giambattista Valli leading the pack. And now, the It-girls of fashion are leaning into ultra-feminine aesthetic for the fall season, with Bella Hadid putting her retro-stamp of approval on the style.

Over the summer, we've seen her dabble in many fashion realms, from preppy school girl and '50s bombshell, to Y2K hottie and bikini babe. We've even been taking beauty advice from the supermodel, running to get rhinestone butterfly hip tattoos and laminated eyebrows ourselves. But nothing gets us more excited than seeing that a new Bella 'fit has dropped. And this? This is a work of art straight from the galleries of Paris.

Seen out after having lunch with mom Yolanda Hadad at Nobu in Malibu, Bella absolutely nailed the graceful ballet core aesthetic. Her chic and casual look featured a vintage boat-neck black, gray, and white Chanel dress from the French brand's Spring/Summer 2007 collection. The ’60s Mod-style, long-sleeve dress skimmed her curves, hitting high on Bella's thigh to show off her legs.

Continuing her retro vibes into her accessories, Bella wore cream leg warmers and a pair of baby-blue ballet-flat-style pumps. ICYMI, this is the first time we've seen the 25-year-old rock leg warmers, though we've seen her sporting quirky arm warmers before. For jewelry, the star wore silver heart-shaped studs, and multiple chunky silver rings, including one emblazoned with her birth year, 1996. Shielding her eyes from the Cali rays, Bella wore a pair of black micro-sunnies to complete the look.

To keep in theme with the #Balletcore vibe, the makeup and hair were kept simple. Bella chose to pull her hair back into a bun that's as tight as a prima ballerina's updo, leaving her face natural with an orangey-nude lip. She kept the neutral tones going by having a french-tipped, pale manicure.

If you're ready to try out the viral fashion trend of the moment, you can incorporate Balletcore pieces into your everyday wardrobe — think wrap tops, ballet flats, and lots of ribbons. Below, find our Bella Hadid-inspired Balletcore finds for fall.
