A recent real estate transaction was reportedly the priciest of all time.

According to Bloomberg, the Chateau Louis XIV—a newly built mansion that sits 15 minutes outside of Paris—was purchased by an unidentified Middle Eastern buyer for a cool €275 million ($301 million). That’s approximately $6 million more than the estimated value of the White House.

The striking home and its curated gardens, which sit on 56 private acres of land, were inspired by 17th century French architecture and design during King Louis XIV of France’s reign. Marble statues, a gold leaf fountain, and an intricate hedged labyrinth decorate the grounds.

Inside, the manse features cathedral-like painted dome ceilings, an aquarium, movie theater, and wine cellar. Construction of the massive home took three full years to complete. As per Daily Mail, Kim Kardashian and her designer bud Olivier Rousteing were actually seen scouting out the spot in 2014.
