Behind the Scenes of Demi Lovato’s Dancing With the Devil Premiere

I woke up early on premiere day, excited to share the film with everyone, finally. Some of my friends and family came over to hang out with me before I headed to the venue for the soundcheck.

My glam team—Siena, Cesar, Rokael, and Natalie—got me ready before I hit the carpet. Glam is always a time for me to unwind, relax, and hang with my team.

The hotel was set up for a drive-in premiere and we went into soundcheck before I started glam.

After the carpet, I did a quick change into something more comfortable before I hit the stage. It was freeeeeeezing, but I was able to block it out and focus on singing again.

I performed “Anyone” and “Dancing with the Devil” and felt really at home being back on stage. Performing “Dancing” was special for me because it was the first time doing that song in front of a live audience, and it signifies so much for me in this journey.

After the premiere, my team surprised me with a Taco Bell dinner and this awesome cake!!! We also munched on yummy vegan ice cream from one of my favorite LA restaurants—Craig’s!
