Beef Season 2 Casting Rumors: Who Is Being Eyed To Join the Next Season?

The rumor mill is saying that a second season of Beef is on the way, and this time the series will center on two feuding couples.

From Lee Sung Jin, Beef season one follows two people who let a road rage incident burrow into their minds and slowly consume their every thought and action.

Led by Steven Yeun and Ali Wong, Beef is currently sweeping awards season, where it has collected eight Primetime Emmys, four Critics Choice awards and three Golden Globes.

Deadline reports that Lee Sung Jin is eyeing a cast for the potential second season, including up-and-comers Charles Melton and Cailee Spaeny, as well as Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway.

They also say that while no deals are in place currently, scripts for the second season have been handed in, and the show's studios - Netflix and A24 -are eyeing a summer or fall shoot.
