ICYMI, Becky Hill joined Joy Crookes and L Devine on our August/September digital cover chatting all things festivals, fashion and musical influences. And while we had time with the My Heart Goes singer, we couldn't wait to get into the nitty-gritty of her favourite red carpet looks from over the years.

Check out Becky playing Throwback or Bring Back (our brand spankin' new fashion series) above for ALL the juicy deets on her past outfits, including which ones she is happy to leave in the past. "I look back at little Becky and I think 'I get it, I get why you wore that", she says.

"It's a very safe option, it's very covered. It's very blend into the background. It's very 'I don't know what I'm doing here'. It's total Imposter Syndrome."

I mean, we've all been there, right?

These days, Becky Hill is no stranger to red carpets but that wasn't always the case. Before she became a summer soundtrack mainstay, she recalls feeling quite overwhelmed by the paparazzi and trying to find her own personal style after The Voice.

"It's only been the last couple of years that I've gotten used to standing in front of a press wall," she explains. "They all shout at you, so I now know how to talk to paps and say 'can you all just take a minute?'"

Fast-forward 10 years and Becky's got some incredible designer fashion moments under her proverbial belt, along with a few comical behind-the-scenes stories to accompany them.

When Becky arrived at the 2021 Everybody's Talking About Jamie World Premiere, she looked incredible. But rather than spending the whole day preening and pampering in anticipation of the event, the star reveals she actually did the whole look from start to finish while on her way there - impressive!

"I got changed in the car, I did my hair and makeup in my friend's Mini Cooper as we drove over... I still have this dress... I am waiting for the next time that I can wear this dress."

Don't even get us started on the LBD she wore to Capital's 2019 Jingle Bell Ball. Becky describes it best when she says the piece has a long train and "slits that go right up to my arse cheeks."

"I remember strutting around like I owned the place," she says. "This dress was everything. I remember me and my team putting it on and being like [gasp], 'she's here!' I really felt like 'Becky, The Artist' had arrived by this point."

Her style advice to her younger self?

"Babes, you need to find sequins and feathers and your whole life will f*cking change." Amen to that.
