Your Becca Cosmetics Highlighter May Come with a Golden Ticket
Oompa, loompa, doompa dee doo, Becca Cosmetics has a new highlighter — and a very exciting surprise — for you.
In a move straight out of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Becca has hidden 100 "Glow Tickets" inside their newest highlighters, Bustle reports, and those with the lucky ticket will get a special gift from the brand. Two ticket holders will be awarded an even larger prize, and will go on a special mystery trip with the beauty brand.
There are specific directions on Becca's Instagram account regarding what to do if you find a ticket. In order to win the grand prize you have to post a selfie to Instagram wearing the new highlighter and holding the ticket. Then you have to explain what the term "Glow Mantra" means to you using the hashtag #BECCAGlowTicket and #BECCAContest. Finally, you have to tag whoever you'd want to bring on the trip with you (both winners get a +1). The brand will then make their pick.
In addition to the amazing golden ticket incentive, the highlighter is pretty awesome, too. The latest shade of the brand's cult fave Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter is called "Dreamsicle," and is just as lovely as it sounds. Sephora describes it as "a soft tangerine shade swirled in gold and vanilla pearls," and notes that "this creamy, dreamy highlight melts into skin for an unparalleled glow." The shade looks gorgeous on any skin tone.
The highlighter is on sale now at Sephora and Sephora.com, and the contest will run through May 30. It's TBD if winners will be treated to a tour of the Becca makeup factory, but here's hoping the adventure doesn't include a shrinking TV or gum that'll turn you into a human blueberry.
