Listen up, Bach Nation. You might still be reeling from Tyler C.’s whirlwind weekend with both Hannah and Gigi Hadid, but it’s time to pull yourself together, because Bachelor in Paradise is officially back. Your favorite ex-contestants are about to be stranded on a Mexican resort while looking for love. What could be better than that? The two-part season premiere starts tonight (this is a two-night-per-week deal, FYI), and you’re going to want to tune in.

Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch.

Obviously, you can watch this on ABC.

Because, duh, it’s an ABC show. If you have cable, you can watch it live (the OG way), on the ABC app, or on the ABC website. That’s the easiest way to do it.

You can watch it on Hulu.

If you’re one of those people who have the live TV option on Hulu, you should be totally set to watch BiP the night-of. If you just have regular Hulu, you can catch the eps the morning after. You’ll only be, like, 12 hours behind the rest of the world. It’s fine! Watch on Hulu

Yeah, I don’t have either of those. What now?

Don’t freak out! You can still stream this live in a few other ways. DIRECTV NOW, YouTube TV, and PlayStation Vue all support live ABC streaming, so if you subscribe to any of those platforms already, you should be in business. If not, YouTube TV offers a free two-week trial, so if you’re really, really desperate, you can hit that up.

Great, anything else I need to know?

Yes! The show will air on both Monday and Tuesday nights, so the schedule is a little different than regular Bach shows. Does that mean there’s twice the amount of scandal? *Crosses fingers*
