You might still be reeling from Tyler C.’s whirlwind weekend with both Hannah and Gigi Hadid, but it’s time to pull yourself together, because Bachelor in Paradise is officially back. Your favorite ex-contestants are about to be stranded on a Mexican resort while looking for love. What could be better than that? The two-part season premiere starts tonight (this is a two-night-per-week deal, FYI), and you’re going to want to tune in.

Obviously, you can watch this on ABC.

Because, duh, it’s an ABC show. If you have cable, you can watch it live (the OG way), on the ABC app, or on the ABC website. That’s the easiest way to do it.

You can watch it on Hulu.
