This Beachy Art Has a Cult Following Online, and Once You See It, You'll Understand Why
With more than 83,000 followers on Instagram, Teil Duncan (@teilart) is an artist you probably already know and love-and if not, her newest collection of beach artwork released just yesterday will definitely turn you into a follower. The Southern artist, known for her colorful, abstract work has a huge celebrity following (Busy Phillips, Emma Roberts, and Sia are all fans!) and has collaborated with stylish brands like Anthropologie and Crate & Barrel.
At the beginning of each summer, Teil releases a new collection of beach paintings and prints, all filled with brightly hued beach umbrellas and blankets, lounging beachgoers, and of course, sand and surf. While Teil is known for her female figure paintings, her beach scenes have become her most popular pieces, and with this latest edition for 2019, it's easy to see why.
The original paintings are already all sold out on Teil's website since the collection went live yesterday, which is really just further proof that you need one of these colorful works of art.
