New BBQ restaurant in Baton Rouge to open in June
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — A new BBQ restaurant is set to open this summer in Baton Rouge.
Offset Smoker BBQ, a restaurant specializing in central Texas-style barbecue, will softly open at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 1 until everything is sold out.
The menu includes pork spare ribs, pulled pork, chicken, brisket, potato salad, coleslaw, beans and vegetables. Tuan Pham with Offset Smoker BBQ said the restaurant will offer takeout and that seating is outside on the patio.

The restaurant will be located at 5335 Government St.
