Baskin-Robbins Introduces Three Festive Holiday Treats

Peppermint continues to reign supreme among popular flavors of the season.

Baskin-Robbins is bringing back a seasonal flavor and fan-favorite winter cake design, while offering a brand-new shake for the holidays.

Starting Dec. 1, Peppermint ice cream makes a comeback to the store's freezer selections as the Flavor of the Month—packed with crunchy peppermint candy pieces inside the cool, refreshing flavored scoop—with Brrr the Snowman Cake also returning.

In addition, the beloved ice creamery is welcoming a sweet, minty Peppermint Cocoa blended option to its menu for a limited time. The shake combines the festive flavor with chocolate syrup for a special twist on a classic.

“One of the things that makes the holiday season so special is the classic, nostalgic flavors that return each year,” Jeanne Bolger, Director of Research and Development for Baskin-Robbins, said in a press release. “Peppermint has become a staple flavor that signifies the start of the season at Baskin-Robbins, and we’re excited to bring the scoop back for those guests that have made this ice cream a part of their holiday traditions.”

The brand is also bringing cheer to your holiday gatherings with its frosty cake design, initially introduced last year. "Brrr the Snowman brings all the fun of playing outside in the snow indoors, complete with an icing carrot nose, as well as tree branch arms, festive buttons and a jolly smile all made of fudge," per the announcement. Make the icy offering your own with customizable cake and ice cream flavor options in a 6" or 9" round size.

To sweeten the deal, grab $5 off any cake purchase of $35 or more throughout the month of December, available in-store with a mobile app coupon and online with the code: SNOW. Plus, before you bid 2022 adieu, enjoy your last scoop of the year with 31 percent off nationwide on New Year's Eve (Dec. 31).
