As you're thinking about last-minute Easter gifts, you might be wondering if banks are open on Good Friday. Well, you're in luck, because your local bank should be operating on a normal schedule today.

While it’s not recognized as a federal holiday, there are 12 states that recognize it on their government websites. If your state is on this list, your bank should still be open on Good Friday, but it’s likely that the hours will be adjusted.
