The Backstreet Boys may be a '90s band, but they have a special place in the heart of everyone who owned one of their CDs, had posters of them on their wall, and dragged their parents to a concert because they were too young to go on their own (guilty). The band recently chatted with Tasting Table during a two-show stint in Cancun, and they casually mentioned their huge interest in tequila.

"I like a good reposado or añejo," Kevin Richardson said. Then Nick Carter added, "And that leads us into talking about our tequila venture that we'll be coming out with. [We] just need to find a partner here in Mexico."

Wait, excuse me?! A tequila venture? If this isn't real, they need to quit playin' games with my heart (ugh sorry, I had to). General thoughts on this news are reflected in the below gif:

Details on this business venture are scarce at this point, so we don't know when the tequila will come out, how much it will cost, etc., but either way, it's exciting for everyone who is not only passionate about '90s nostalgia but also alcohol. That's pretty much the entire internet I think.

If you need me, I'll be waiting not-so-patiently for this tequila release with salt, limes, and my copy of "Black & Blue" in hand, thx!
