Joey Graziadei is finally answering the questions and concerns he's been receiving about his "yellow eyes."

The Bachelor star took to Instagram to address that he's been "seeing a lot of comments" about his eyes on social media, and he wants fans to know the reason is because of a health condition he's had for years.

Revealing that he has something called Gilbert's syndrome, Graziadei gave fans some context in the Instagram video posted Thursday, Feb. 29 noting that the condition started back when he was in high school.

"I was sick for about a week and a half and my mom thought it would be a good idea to go to the doctor," the 28-year-old TV personality explained.

After having blood work done, the results showed that he had high bilirubin count. "That means that there could be something that was wrong with my liver," he said.

"So we went and I got a liver ultrasound, I went to other doctors, they found out that there was nothing that was necessarily wrong like hepatitis but they diagnosed me with something called Gilbert syndrome."

"At the end of the day, I am told that I am healthy," he reassured his followers, while noting, "It's something that does affect the whites of my eyes."

"It makes it have those jaundice levels which is why they look a little bit more yellow," he stated, adding that it gets worse when he is stressed or is lacking sleep—both of which happen often when filming a reality show.

"It's something I want to pay attention to more going into this year," the tennis pro said, before sending thanks to his fans for caring about his wellbeing.

"I do appreciate everyone looking out for me and wondering if I’m OK...But to my knowledge, I’m as OK as I can be and I will continue to look at it. So thank you very much," the clip concluded.
